📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.,Document and report any quality issues or defects identified during inspections.,Work closely with the QC team to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related concerns.,Ensure compliance with all quality control policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Willingness to travel and work in different shifts as required.
