• Process and manage customer orders efficiently using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize Facebook Ads campaigns and track their performance.
• Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and marketing performance to the management team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to e-commerce operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
