Mart Easy Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Tanjung Balai. We are a rapidly growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR activities. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are happy, healthy, and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the HR Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding employees

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Conducting employee training and development programs

Handling employee relations and conflict resolution

Supporting the HR Manager in performance management activities

Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken)

Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and HRIS
