📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from design to construction, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Oversee the entire HVAC process, including initial design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations and standards.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design and construction.
• Certification in HVAC systems and relevant industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing MEP projects in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
