As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for managing our teller operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise teller operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in-person and over the phone.,Train and mentor junior tellers to ensure high standards of service are maintained.,Monitor and report on teller performance to ensure targets are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teller or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of banking and financial services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with customer service software and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to pass a background check.
