📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.,Optimize inventory and supply chain to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.,Participate in the development and execution of the café's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry.
