IBM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data & AI Project Manager to join our Technology Expert Labs team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex data and AI projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage end-to-end data and AI projects, from inception to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.,Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and mitigate potential issues.,Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.,Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data and AI.,Report project status and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in data and AI project management.,Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.,Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies.,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
