📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data for management.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and entitlements, including leave, bonuses, and insurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
