In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of medical facilities and equipment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance,Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing,Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning,Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues,Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering,Knowledge of medical facility maintenance and operations,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Strong organizational and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus
