📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of Café, Lounge, Kiosk, and Banquet services.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high standards of service.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock control systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead team meetings and provide feedback to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, SAP, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
