Express Market Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and documents,Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements,Support the finance team in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus
