IRIS Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Canggu. As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Identify and resolve production issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
