📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.,Create and maintain an engaging and well-stocked cocktail menu.,Train and develop new bartenders to ensure they meet the high standards of our restaurant.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and ordering for bar supplies.,Ensure that all financial transactions related to the bar are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a similar setting.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of bartenders.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
