📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the company's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of commis chefs, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the offerings fresh and exciting.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.,Ensure that all staff are trained and certified in food safety and handling procedures.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's overall food and beverage strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
