Sentral Fajar Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Production Supervisor to join our team in Ambon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality coffee production, and maintaining efficient operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence in the coffee industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of raw materials.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Implement and monitor production safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the coffee or beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
