Develop and maintain a comprehensive procurement plan to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for purchasing materials and services.,Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor and control the purchasing process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights into purchasing performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times and improve supplier performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PPIC or procurement role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and inventory management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.🛠️ Keahlian
