Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure,Providing information about the company and its services,Answering and directing phone calls and emails,Handling and managing guest inquiries and complaints,Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized,Assisting with administrative tasks as needed,Promoting the company's products and services to guests,Ensuring the security and safety of the premises

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
