PT Abadi Teratai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work from anywhere in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to improve results.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
