📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints promptly.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.,Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer preferences.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
