In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell coffee products and services to both retail and wholesale customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of coffee products and the ability to educate customers about our offerings.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for coffee.
