Hotel Rama Electronics is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and financial records,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and bills,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
