Lead the development and execution of semiconductor products from NPI to HVM.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.,Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and design specifications.,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product performance.,Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.,Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor technology trends and best practices.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, with a focus on NPI and HVM execution.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex semiconductor projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for customer and supplier meetings.🛠️ Keahlian
