📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular physical counts.,Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.,Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to warehouse operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Knowledge of inventory control and stock management best practices.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work purposes.
