📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage and oversee the procurement of materials and services from suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services to customers.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the supply chain and water technology sectors.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior or lead supply chain role, preferably in the water technology or manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
