📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops to strengthen team dynamics.,Collaborate with managers to provide feedback and coaching to employees.,Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement.,Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to talent development and employee engagement.,Provide support and guidance to the HR team in managing employee relations and performance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development and employee engagement.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training and development programs is a plus.
