📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.
