📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to ensure they are able to apply new skills in their work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
