Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems, you will streamline our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our branch in Denpasar.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Collaborate with local hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to align with organizational goals.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on HR operations.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
