📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to provide insights into inventory performance and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth inventory operations
• Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse management to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and ABC analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and systems
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and SAP system usage

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role, preferably with SAP system experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex information
• Proficiency in using SAP ERP, including modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution)
• Certification in SAP MM or relevant SAP modules is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
