📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering questions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Assist with stock replenishment and organization.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
• Assist with store maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
