As a Freelance Fashion Designer at Kaiahati, you will work closely with our in-house team to create designs that align with our brand identity and customer preferences. You will use industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to bring your ideas to life, and you will collaborate with our production team to ensure that your designs are accurately translated into final products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop 8–12 new product designs per month, from initial sketches to final master samples
• Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings
• Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure designs align with brand identity and customer preferences
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to bring designs to life
• Work with the production team to ensure accurate translation of designs into final products
• Conduct trend research and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
• Maintain a portfolio of your work to showcase your skills and creativity
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Understanding of fashion trends and market preferences
