• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and growth.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and other marketing professionals.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other affiliate tracking software.
• Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing efforts into the overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of the affiliate program.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of affiliate marketing specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful affiliate marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners.

• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software, such as Post Affiliate Pro, Affiliate Window, or ShareASale.
