📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in marketing strategy and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
