In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR functions of our plant, including recruitment, training, and employee development. You will also oversee general affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Oversee payroll processing using SAP Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage general affairs, including facility maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate with senior management to address HR and operational issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and other HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
