📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our automotive financing products effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the automotive financing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, banks, and other financial institutions to expand our network and increase sales.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to educate customers about our financing options.
• Host and participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase our products and engage with potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to optimize campaigns and achieve better results.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing or automotive financing, preferably in a financial services company.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to persuade customers and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
