📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Patrol the manufacturing facility to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets
• Monitor access points and control entry to the facility
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential security risks
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and patrol activities
• Train and supervise security personnel as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and safety

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Valid Gada Pratama certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with security technology, such as CCTV systems and access control
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
