• Oversee daily operations of the floor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms and common areas.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from guests and staff.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
