📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our clients.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to support the business operations of our clients.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work in a remote or hybrid setting, with occasional travel to client locations.
