As a Loan Signing Officer, you will be at the heart of our credit operations, working closely with our loan officers and customers to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations. You will use our in-house software, including CIMB Niaga's Loan Processing System (LPS) and Document Management System (DMS), to streamline your workflow and enhance efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of loan applications and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with CIMB Niaga's credit policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the binding process for various loan products, including personal loans, mortgages, and business loans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the loan application process.
- Maintain and update customer records and loan documentation in our LPS and DMS.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on credit compliance procedures.
- Monitor and report on credit risk and compliance metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new credit policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit operations, loan processing, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Certification in credit analysis or financial services (e.g., ACSA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian credit regulations and CIMB Niaga's credit policies.
- Proficiency in using LPS, DMS, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
