Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.,Deep knowledge of the EMEA market, including key trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.,Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective GTM strategies.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Experience in driving innovation and excellence in a technology-driven environment.,Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.,Professional certifications, such as Certified in Sales Management (CSM) or Certified in Technology Sales (CTS), are a plus.
