📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business expansion.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Present and propose new business opportunities to the management team.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client relations and growth.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations and business development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
