As an HR Generalist, you will be at the core of our operations, handling everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You'll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to managers and employees as needed.
• Support the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a workplace that values and respects all individuals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in employee relations and performance management.
• Proven experience using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them to real-world HR scenarios.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers from diverse backgrounds.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
