📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our learning platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback.
• Manage the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EdTech space.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent EduNexus Indonesia at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within the EdTech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling educational products.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and educational technology.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
